Q. Can I use a splitter with the Boost XT preamplifier?
A. Yes. The Boost XT preamplifier can be used to distribute signal to multiple TVs. If splitting the signal, it is recommended
that the power inserter be installed between the preamplifier and splitter (not provided).
Q. How do I use the Boost XT preamplifier to distribute signal to multiple TVs?
A. After connecting the coax cable running from the “TV” port of the preamplifier to the “ANT/AMP” port of the power
inserter, connect a cable from the “TV/TUNER” port of the preamplifier to the “In” port of a splitter (not provided).
Connect coax cable(s) from the “Out” port(s) of the splitter to the “Antenna In” port on the TV(s).
Q. Is there anywhere that the Boost XT preamplifier shouldn’t be used?
A. For best performance, the preamplifier is designed to be mounted on the antenna mast. The power inserter is designed
for indoor use only; to prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the power inserter to moisture.
