1. Installation
• From the front of the wristband attach one end of the body of the bracelet to the slot on the
wristband.
• Press carefully with your thumb on the other end, put the entire main body of the bracelet into the
wristband slot and secure it.
2. Wear a wristband
Wear a wristband apart from the wrist bone and adjust
its tightness to a comfortable position.
Notice: Wearing it too loose may affect the heart rate
sensor to collect correct data
