Memory Cards
Can I use a memory card with the camera?

Yes, you can use a 8, 16 or 32GB microSD card (class 4 or higher).
Should I format the memory card first?
•
Yes, you should use FAT32 format and erase the card before use.
What else should I note when using a memory card?
•
Inserting a memory card while the camera is on forces it to restart.
•
Do not remove the memory card while the camera is on or recording.
Companion App
•
Please wait for the orange LED indicator on the front of the camera to turn blue and stop
flashing before using the companion app."

Use only the companion app to update firmware unless you require RTSP support.
How to Enable RTSP Support
•
The camera comes pre-installed with firmware version 1.8.5.1N_201512212009.
•
If you'd like to enable RTSP you will need to manually flash new firmware (see below).

Extract the .zip file from the link above and copy the "test" folder to your microSD card (make
sure the card is formatted to FAT32).
