Setting Up Individual Voicemail
Establishing a Security PIN
1. Press *123 to access your mailbox
(default PIN is “1234”)
2. Press 0 for “Mailbox Options”
3. Press 5 for Security PIN
4. Enter a four digit password
5. Press 2 if correct OR 4 if incorrect
Recording Your Name
1. Access your mailbox
2. Press 0 for “Mailbox Options”
3. Press 3, state your name after the
tone then press the # key
4. Hang up
Recording a Personal Greeting
1. Access your mailbox
2. Press 0 for “Mailbox Options”
3. Press 1, record your greeting after
the tone then press the # key
4. Hang up
