1. Imballaggio e trasporto
Rispettare rigorosamente i simboli e le prescrizioni
indicate sull’imballo.
Ogni parte fissa viene imballata secondo le esigenze di spedi-
zione e di magazzinaggio in accordo con le richieste del cliente.
Ciascuna parte fissa è protetta da un involucro in plastica in modo
da evitare infiltrazioni d’acqua durante le fasi di carico e scarico e
preservarla dalla polvere durante l’immagazzinamento.
Le parti devono essere disposte sul pianale del mezzo di traspor-
to, retro contro retro e trasversalmente, interponendo materiali
atti ad assorbire le compressioni e annullare eventuali contatti
diretti delle superfici dei vari gruppi.
Sul pianale devono essere disposti appositi longheroni in modo
da distanziare ciascuna parte fissa ed impedirne lo spostamento
sia longitudinale che trasversale.
Le parti fisse devono essere ancorate alla struttura dell’automez-
zo con funi, in modo da non arrecare deformazioni e impedire il
ribaltamento in curva o nel caso di arresti violenti.
L’automezzo deve essere inoltre dotato di telone di copertura
dell’intero carico.
I punti di appoggio dei mezzi di sollevamento devono avere una
portata specifica per garantire la corretta distribuzione del peso.
Per lo scarico delle parti fisse, davanti all’accesso del magazzino
o del locale quadri, dovrà essere prevista una zona a pari livello
e dimensioni non inferiori a mt. 3 x 2.

Piccoli dislivelli potranno essere compensati con strutture prov-
visorie realizzate con tavolati in legno.
Lo scarico deve essere eseguito con massima cura e mezzi di
sollevamento adeguati al peso di ciascun gruppo.
È doveroso prestare particolare attenzione e analizzare i rischi
specifici operando in zone con linee aeree in tensione.
1. Packing and transport
Follow the symbols and instructions shown on the
packing carefully
Each fixed part is packed according to the shipping and storage
requirements of the customer.
Each fixed part is protected by a plastic cover to prevent any
water entering during the loading and unloading stages and to
keep it free of dust during storage.
The fixed parts must be placed on the transport vehicle platform
back-to-back and transversely, placing materials between them
suitable for absorbing any compression and to avoid any direct
contact between the surfaces of the various groups.
Special longitudinal members must be placed on the platform to
space each fixed part and prevent it moving either longitudinally
or transversely.
The fixed parts must be anchored to the structure of the vehicle
with ropes, so that there is not deformation and to prevent tilting
on bends or in the case of sudden stops.
The transport vehicle must also have a tarpaulin cover over
the whole load.
The resting points of the lifting means must have a specific
capacity to ensure proper weight distribution.
To unload the fixed parts, there must be an area at the same
level and with dimensions not less than 3 x 2 m in front of the
access to the warehouse or switchboard room.
See paragraph 4 for handling.
Small differences in level can be compensated with temporary
structures made using wooden boards.
Unloading must be carried out with the utmost care using suit-
able lifting equipment for the weight of each group.
Special attention must be paid and the specific risks analysed
for working in areas with live overhead lines.
