Insert blind cords and re-insert blind panel grommet into hole in blind
panel frame. Position the split in blind panel frame grommet so that
it will face toward sash when installed. Failure to do so will result in
damage to the blind cords.
Push the blind assembly toward top of blind panel and snap into
mounting clips.
Reconnect tilt control knob cable to D-rod. Tighten hex screw using
.050" hex key.
Lift blind panel into window opening. Set bottom of panel onto window
sash and tip into place. Fasten using saved screws.

Unlock and open window. Position insect screen near window opening.
▶ Proceed to step 17 for windows WITH insect screens.
▶ Proceed to step 21 for windows WITHOUT insect screens.

Feed plastic tassels of blind cords one at a time through grommet in
insect screen frame.
