Fresh Strawberry Smoothie for One
Makes: 1 Serving
• large fresh strawberries, trimmed, cut in half
• 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
• 3 ice cubes
1. Assemble short tumbler with the blending (cross) blade.
2. Add all ingredients to the short tumbler.
3. Press the SMOOTHIE button and process until the mixture is the blended to a creamy smooth
consistency. Mix well.
4. Add a tumbler ring and enjoy!
Pineapple Salsa
Yield: 3 cups
• 1 Roma tomato, quartered
• 1/2 jalapeno pepper, deveined, seeded and chopped
• 1/2 cup red onion, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup pineapple, in large chunks
• 1 cup fresh cilantro
1. Assemble blending jar or tall tumbler with the chopping (at) blade.
2. Place ingredients, starting with the tomatoes, into the blender jar. Layer the cilantro and the
remainder of ingredients and secure lid.
3. Press the CHOP button. The blender will CHOP 6 times, and then shut itself OFF. When the
blender comes to a complete stop, use a long spoon to scrape down the sides of the blender jar
and mix well.
4. PULSE until the mixture is the desired consistency. Mix well.
