DESCALING
• Switch off and unplug the Personal Air Cooler
• Pour out all the remaining water from inside the water tank
• Mix a solution of 50% vinegar and 50% water and then add the mixture into
the water tank
• Leave to soak for 30 minutes
• Pour the solution out of the water tank
• Fill the water tank with clean water and gently clean it with a cloth
• Remove the water after cleaning, wipe with a dry cloth and leave the water
tank to dry
THERMAL SAFETY CUT-OFF
• In the event that the appliance overheats, the thermal safety cut-off will engage
and cut off electricity being supplied to the appliance. This is to prevent
damage to the appliance
• If this happens, please return the appliance to your nearest Tevo Service Centre
for inspection
STORAGE
• Before storage, always make sure that the water tank is emptied, the Filter is
dry; and that the appliance itself is completely clean and dry
• Store the appliance in a dry place
• Store the appliance on a stable countertop or in a cupboard. To avoid
accidents, ensure that both the appliance and its power cable are beyond
reach of children or pets
• Never wrap the power cable around the appliance
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of electrical appliances with general municipal waste. Hazardous
substances can leak and contaminate the groundwater, affecting the food chain
and ultimately damaging the environment and your health. Contact your local
municipality for information on safe disposal in your area.
