Clean customized earpieces
The earpiece should be cleaned regularly. The
earpiece contains a wax lter*. The lter keeps wax
and debris from damaging the speaker. Replace the
lter when clogged or when the hearing aid does not
sound normal. Alternatively, contact your hearing
care professional.
Always use the wax lter delivered by your hearing
care professional.

The vent is cleaned by pressing the
brush through the hole, twisting it
slightly.

* VarioTherm Micro Mold and LiteTip do not have a wax lter.
