Descaling
Descaling the ultrasound membrane
Hard water can cause limescale to build up in the device and, especially, on the
ultrasound membrane. This forms white deposits. Descale the device regularly.

rop some descaler onto the ultrasound membrane.

eave it to take effect for two to five minutes.

lean the ultrasound membrane using the cleaning brush.

inse the base unit twice with clean, fresh water.
7� Cleaning
Note
Before cleaning the device, ensure that the device is disconnected from the
power supply and that there is no water left in the water tank. Regular cleaning
is a prerequisite for hygienic and fault-free operation. The aroma diuser can be
dismantled for cleaning easily and without tools.
Clean the device after every use using a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove de-
posits (e.g. limescale), paying particular attention to the cover and the inside of
the water tank. Never use abrasive, corrosive or solvent-based cleaning products.
