3 Ausbau
Die Wellenabdichtungen sind je nach
Kältemittel und Öl unterschiedlich
aus geführt. Benötigte Wellenabdich -
tung anhand der jeweiligen Ersatz teil -
liste auswählen (KE-130: 2-Zylinder-
und KE-140: 4-Zylinder-Verdich ter).
3.1 Vorbereitung
Werkzeuge
• Schraubenschlüssel
- Sechskant
- Innensechskant
• Plastikhammer
• Haken
zum Abziehen der rotierenden
Einheit
• Schaber und Schmirgelleinen
zum Entfernen von Dichtungsres -
ten
• Polierleinen
zum Glätten der Wellen oberfläche
3 Removal
The shaft seals are differently de -
signed according to refrigerant and
oil. Select required shaft seal accord-
ing to respective spare parts list
(2 cylinder compressors: KE-130 and
4 cylin ders: KE-140).
3.1 Preparation
Tools
• Spanners
- hexagon spanner
- hexagon socket screw spanner
• Plastic hammer
• Hooks
to remove the rotating unit
• Scraper and smoothing cloth
to remove gasket remains
• Polishing cloth
to smooth the surface of the shaft
3 Démontage
Les garnitures d'étanchéite sont réalisées
selon l'huile et le fluide frigorigène. Choi -
sir la garniture d'étanchéite nécessaire à
partir de la liste des pièces détachées
correspondante (compresseurs à 2 cylin-
dres: KE-130 et à 4 cylindres: KE-140).
