Neben den bekannten Attributen zeich-
nen sich die Verdichter durch eine wei-
tere Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz
bei Voll- und Teillastbedingungen aus.
Außerdem wurden die Einsatzgrenzen
sowohl hinsichtlich niedriger Verflüssi-
gungstemperaturen als auch hoher
D
ruckverhältnisse (Wärmepumpen)
deutlich erweitert – ohne Kompromisse
bei der Betriebssicherheit. Damit über-
treffen diese Produkte in noch höherem
Maße als bisher den internationalen
Effizienzstandard bei Kompaktschrauben
bezüglich des saisonal gewichteten
Energiebedarfs. Hieraus resultieren
besonders hohe ESEER/IPLV*- und
SCOP*-Werte.
Zu den Verbesserungen tragen im We-
sentlichen folgende Maßnahmen bei:

Anpassung des eingebauten Volu-
menverhältnisses (bei Voll- und Teil-
last) an den erweiterten Anwendungs-
bereich
●
Reduzierung der inneren Strömungs-
verluste
●
Optimierung des Ölmanagement-sys-
tems
●
Zusatzkühlung für extreme Einsatz-
bedingungen durch weiterentwickelte
direkte Kältemitteleinspritzung oder
durch externe Ölkühlung mit aktiv
kontrollierter Ölumlaufmenge.

In addition to their known attributes, the
compressors are distinguished by a fur-
ther improvement in energy efficiency at
full and part load conditions. Moreover,
the application limits have been sub-
stantially extended towards low con-
densing temperatures as well as to high
p
ressure ratios (heat pumps) – without
compromises regarding operating reli-
ability. Accordingly, these products ex-
ceed the international efficiency standard
of compact screws with respect to the
seasonally weighted energy requirements
to an even higher degree than before.
This results in particularly high ESEER/IPLV*
and SCOP* values.
These improvements are achieved
mainly by the following measures:

Adaptation of the integrated volume
ratios (at full and part load) to the
extended application range
●
Reduction of the inner flow losses
●
Optimization of the oil management
system
●
Additional cooling for extreme condi-
tions of use through advanced direct
refrigerant injection or through exter-
nal oil cooling with actively controlled
oil volume flow.

Atouts et critères techniques
Outre les attributs connus, les compres-
seurs se distinguent par une efficacité
énergétique encore améliorée en pleine
charge et en charge partielle. Par
ailleurs, les limites d'application en ce
qui concerne les basses températures
de condensation et les grands rapports
d
e pression (pompes à chaleur) ont été
considérablement étendues sans faire
de concessions sur la sécurité de fonc-
tionnement. Par rapport au besoin éner-
gétique saisonnièrement pondéré, ces
produits dépassent donc, dans une plus
large mesure qu'avant, le standard inter-
national en matière d'efficacité pour les
vis compactes. Il en résulte des valeurs
ESEER/IPLV* et SCOP* particulièrement
élevées.
Ces améliorations ont principalement été
réalisées par les mesures suivantes:

Adaptation du rapport de volume inté-
gré (en pleine charge et en charge
partielle) à la gamme étendue d'appli-
cation
●
Réduction de la perte de charge à l'in-
térieur
●
Optimisation du système de gestion
d'huile
●
Refroidissement additionnel pour les
conditions extrêmes d'utilisation à
l'aide d'un système perfectionné d'in-
jection de liquide ou par un refroidis-
sement d'huile externe avec un con-
trôle actif de la quantité d'huile en
circulation.
