To adjust the head restraint
Height
▷ Downwards: press the button, arrow 1, and
slide the head restraint downwards.
▷ Up: push head restraint upwards.
After setting the height, make sure that the head
restraint engages correctly.
If the vehicle is equipped with M sport seats:
The head restraints can be adjusted in height.
Distance from back of head
▷ Back: press the button and slide the head re‐
straint towards the rear.
▷ Forward: pull the head restraint forwards.
