Adjusting
To adjust height: pull out or push in.
Electric height adjustment, see
page 51.
Adjusting front head restraint angle:
swing forwards or back.
Head restraints reduce the risk of
neck injuries in the event of an
accident.
The head restraint should therefore be
positioned with its centre at approxi-
mately the same height as the ears of
the seat's occupant.
The centre rear head restraint should
be left fully retracted; if it is pulled, it will
not function correctly.
