Platform Side Plate Modification: Effective
September 2002, the right (front) side plate of
30" wide platforms was modified (L915, L916,
L925 and L926 lift models). This modification is
not depicted in the Lift Terminology Illustration
on page 2 of this manual or addressed in the
Repair Parts section (Lift Exploded Views and
Repair Parts Lists). The modified platform side
plate is shown at right.
The Quiet-Ride guided stow blocks
contact the platform side plates
when the lift is folded to the stowed
position. Mounting bracket 915-
0392 for the stow block on the right
(front) side of the lift has been
replaced with a longer bracket to
accommodate the offset (bracket
955-2392). See the illustration at
right. Details follow.
