1. HOW TO FIX AND REMOVE THE CLEAR VISOR.
1.1 Open the visor until the small arrow on the mechanism matches the sign on
the visor. Press the release button

and pull it backwards (Pic. 1) then release
the visor.
1.2 In order to remove the visor entirely, repeat the above step on the opposite
side.
1.3 Repeat the above steps in reverse order to mount back the clear visor.
2. HOW TO REMOVE THE SMOKE VISOR
2.1 Open the clear visor. Press the button

upwards while pulling kindly in order
to remove the visor mechanism together with the clear visor on one side (Pic. 2)
2.2 Repeat the above step on the opposite side to remove completely the visor
mechanism with the clear visor.
2.3 With the smoke visor lowered unscrew the screw

then release the movement
lever

2.4 Starting from the side of the movement lever, lower the smoke visor even
further beyond the front edge rim of the shell and then extract it by pulling it
gently (Pic. 4).
3. HOW TO SECURE THE SMOKE VISOR
3.1 Repeat steps 2.1 e 2.2.
3.2 Introduce the left side arm of the smoke visor in line with its seat until the brass
screw is visible (Pic.5). Tighten the screw

to secure the smoke visor arm to
the movement lever (Pic. 3).
3.3 Place the smoke visor on the opposite side by pressing gently.
3.4 Secure the clear visor as indicated in step 1.
WARININGS! Do not use the smoke visor during late night hours or in scarce visibility
condition.
WARNINGS! Any adjustments to the smoke visor must be done in still position.
4. HOW TO REMOVE THE WASHABLE LINING
To remove the inner padding you can start either from the right or left side.
4.1 Remove the cheek pad by pulling it inwards and detach the studs in the
back. Repeat the same step on the opposite side (Pic. 6).
4.2 Starting from the neck device, remove the lining by pulling slightly towards the
inside of the helmet (Pic. 7). Still pulling gently, release also the lateral fixing
strips

and the fixing plastic frame in the front

4.3 Remove completely the lining.
