• Air cleaning mode will run automatically when the unit is on.
• Bio-anti-fungus filter eliminates microscopic dust in the air.
Electrostatic filter effectively eliminates microscopic dust.
• Active carbon filter is particularly effective in eliminating odor,
microscopic dust and cigarette smoke in the room air.
Caution:
The filter of the air conditioner eliminates microscopic dust,
odor, and cigarette smoke in the room air but not every gas
such as carbon monoxide completely.
Washing the front panel
To clean the front panel on the indoor unit, wipe the outside with
a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a mild liquid detergent can be
applied and wiped off with a dry cloth.
/ Hold the bottom side of the panel and lift the front panel up
to the top of the unit.
0 Separate it from the unit.
1 Rinse the panel under running water and dry completely in a
shaded area.
2 Refit it correctly. Installation procedure is reverse to the
removal procedure.
Cleaning air filter
• Note: As dust stimulated in the filter may reduce its cooling
performance, clean the air filter once a month.
• When cleaning air filter. Do Not use water hotter than 40°C
(120°F) and do not use abrasive or petroleum based cleaners
as they may damage the filter.
/ Lift the bottom side of the air filter.
0 Pull the air filters upward.
1 Separate it from the unit, using the
filter handle.
2 Clean the filters with a vacuum cleaner or water and dry it in
a shaded area.
WARNING : HIHG VOLTAGE!
The unit must be disconnected from the main supply before
maintenance or cleaning.
