a) When an answer , whether intermediate or final, or
accumulated total in the memory is more than

To release these overflow checks:

Memory protection:
The content of the memory is protected against over -
flow or error and the accumulated total is recalled by
pressina..!_he IMR j key after the overflow check is released
by the FD key.
