Clearing a machine lock up
If you make a mistake in operation, the cash register may lock up to avoid damage to programs and preset
data.
Should it happens, you can use the following procedure to clear the lock up without losing any data.
1. Power off the register.
2. Insert the PGM key in the mode switch.
3. SE-S300/SE-C300:
Press down and hold
FEED
, and turn the mode switch to PGM mode.
SE-S2000/SE-C2000:
Press down and hold
RECEIPT
FEED
, and turn the mode switch to PGM mode.
4. SE-S300/SE-C300:
The display shows INIT (on alpha-display), then release
FEED
.
SE-S2000/SE-C2000:
The display shows INIT (on alpha-display), then release
RECEIPT
FEED
.
5. Press
SUB
TOTAL
. A receipt is issued.
