ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the battery pack into the Charger base (d).
The green light (c) will on and the red light (b) will
remain on.
A discharged battery at normal ambient
temperature will take approximately 3-5 hours to
reach full charge. When charging is complete,
unplug the charger and remove the battery pack.
NOTE: The charger will not automatically
switch off when the battery is full charged. Both
the green light and the red light indicator will
remain on. Do not leave your battery on charge
continuously. This may damage the battery cells.
Do not overcharge any batteries.
WARNING: After long usage the battery
will become hot. Let the hot battery cool
down for at least 0.5 hour before recharging.
4. TO REMOVE OR INSTALL BATTERY PACK
Locate buttons on side of the battery pack.
Depress both sides to release and remove it from
the drill. After recharge, insert the battery pack
into the drill’s battery port. A simple push and
slight pressure will be sufcient.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. AUXILIARY HANDLE (See Fig. B)
Slide the handle into the drill and move it to the
xed position. Turn the handle to the desired
angle. Rotate the handle lock knob clockwise to
tighten the handle.
Always use the auxiliary handle when you use
the tool.
2. ON/OFF SWITCH
Depress to start and release to stop your drill.
The on/off switch is tted with a brake function
which stops your chuck immediately when you
quickly release the switch.
It is also a variable speed switch that delivers
RECHARGING BATTERIES
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for driving in and
loosening screws as well as for drilling in wood,
metal, ceramic and plastic.
1. CHARGING YOUR BATTERY PACK
WARNING:The charger and battery pack
are specically designed to work together
so do not attempt to use any other devices. Never
insert or allow metallic objects into your charger
or battery pack connections because an electrical
failure and hazard will occur.
2. BEFORE USING YOUR CORDLESS DRILL
Your battery pack is UNCHARGED and you must
charge once before use. When you charge the
new battery or one which has not been used for
long periods of time, it may not reach full charge
until after you have discharged it fully in use and
recharge it several times.
3. TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
(See Fig. A1, A2)
Insert the charger adapter (a) into a suitable
mains socket. And the red light (b) will illuminate.
