General repair

Incomplete vacuum
Lack of refrigerant, etc.
Replace your
refrigerant.
Replace dryer.
Vacuumize cycle.
Check if vacuum is complete.
Check if leakage happens or not.
Anti-corrosive paint treatment.
Cooling test.
Check if leakage happens or not at the choked point.

Choke tightly the entrance of refrigerant.
Charge refrigerant.
Cut the dryer.
Check if the viscous oil is
Attached or not around that part.
And check if the entrance of capillary
tube is clogged or not.
Only if that number is less
than “4”, the viscous oil is
not generated.
The viscous oil is generated
only if the result number is
more than “5”.
Get the oil out of the compressor.
Compare the ASTM standard
color with this oil color.
Replace only compressor with
making sure to blow nitrogen into it.
