Check whether the distance between the speaker and your
Bluetooth device is out of its working distance (10m), or
whether there are some obstacles blocking the
Communication between the speaker and the Bluetooth
device. Move the speaker or the Bluetooth device to get the
best reception.
The sound is distorted Check the volume setting on both the speaker and your
Bluetooth device and adjust the volume to a suitable level.
