FROZEN PUFF-PASTRY
Defrost always pieces that weight about 100
gr. each. Eventually cut in smaller parts the
bigger pieces of puff-pastry. An entire 400 gr.
piece of puff-pastry takes about 3 minutes.
FROZEN BREAD
It is advisable to defrost no more than two
rolls 100 gr. weight each at a time. Two 100
gr. white rolls take about 2-3 minutes each.
FRESH FRUIT
You can defrost gr. 450 fresh strawberries in
10 minutes. If there are little pieces of fruit or
there are small size fruit, it s better to stir
them during defrost, moving the pieces
placed in the centre to the border and vice
versa, to prevent them from beginning
cooking.
