BeFore connectIng to the MaIns
1.Wait2hoursafterdeliverybeforeyouconnecttheappliancetothepowersupply,inordertoensuretrouble-freeoperation.
2.Checktheproductlabelwhichlocatesrefrigeratorcompartmentwallforvoltage,refrigerantandotherinformation.
3.Thesocketshouldbeeasilyaccessibleandnotdirectlybehindtheappliance.

preparIng the FrIdge / Freezer
To Prepare your appliance for use and check that it is running correctly, take the following steps.
1.Installremovedallshelvesandcompartmentsduringtransportinthecorrectpositions.
2.Cleanthefridge/freezerandaccessoriestoremoveanydustthataccumulatedduringpackingandshipping.
3.Theinteriorlightshouldbeturnedonwhentherefrigeratordoor’sopened.
4.Setthetemperaturecontroltothecoldesttemperatureandlettherefrigeratoroperateforonehour.Thefreezershould
getslightlychilledandthemotorshouldrunsmoothlywithasofthumandnonoise.Yourfridge/freezerisoperatedbya
compressorwhichswitches“onandoff”tomaintaintheinternaltemperature.Whencompressorisnew,itrequiresrunningin
foraperiodofuptovemonths.Duringthisperiod,itmaybeslightlynoisy.Thisisquitenormalanddoesnotrepresentafault.
5.Storefoodoncethetemperatureintherefrigeratorissufcientlylow.Ittakesafewhoursafterstartingtherefrigeratortoreach
thepropertemperature.
Iftheappliancedoesnotoperatecorrectly,checktheelectricitysupply.Iftheproblempersists,contactyourdealer.
6.Allowtheappliancetostandfor2hoursbeforepluggingin.
7.Awhooshingnoisecansometimesbeheardwhenrstinstalled.Don'tworrythecaseswillsoonsettle.
