This read/write holding register sets the maximum capacity level of the chiller. This level may be adjusted via an
operator workstation or other network device, but cannot be adjusted above a factory-specified limit. The default is
100%. This register is ignored by the chiller application if Chiller Local/Remote is set to Local.
