Modify data in the ways listed. The following actions work for all send commands that
follow it within a rule. If pad zeros to length 6, send next 3 characters, stop padding, send
next 5 characters is programmed, three zeros are added to the first send, and the next send
is unaffected by the padding. These options do not apply to the Send Keystroke (Control
Chars. and Keyboard Chars.)
