TIPS FOR CORRECT USE
Toensureoptimalresultsfromyourairconditio-
ner,followtheserecommendations:
• closethewindowsanddoorsintheroomto
beairconditioned(g.34).
When installing the air conditioner semi-per-
manently, you should leave a door slightly
open(aslittleas0.39inch.(1cm))togua-
rantee proper ventilation.
• Protecttheroomfromdirectexposuretothe
sun by partially closing curtains and/or blin-
ds to make the appliance much more econo-
micaltorun(g.35);
• neverrestobjectsofanykindontheaircon-
ditioner;
• donotobstructtheairintakeandoutlet(g.
36).Leavebothgrillesfree;
• makesuretherearenoheatsourcesinthe
room;
• neverusetheapplianceinverydamprooms
(laundry rooms for example);
• neverusetheapplianceoutdoors;
• makesuretheairconditionerisstandingon
a level surface.
If necessary, place the castor locks under the
front wheels.
