TROUBLESHOOTING
Should any problem occur with the operation of the equipment, we recommended you
carry out the following simple actions.
Should the problem not be one of those on the list, or if even when you carry out the
recommended operation, it persists, contact the Customer Support and Service

PROBLEMS POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The equipment doesn’t
switch on.
The equipment is not
properly plugged in.
Make sure the machine
is plugged into a suitably
rated mains electrical
supply.
The extracted coee is
cold.
The equipment did not
heat up properly.
Wait for the green light
(14) to illuminate, indica-
ting that the correct and
recommended operating
temperature has been
attained.
No coee is extracted or
is produced very slowly.
There is not enough water
in the water tank.
Check the water tank
level and if necessary, top
up/refill the tank.
The capsule jams inside
the capsule holder
housing (4).
The used capsule collec-
tion tank (6) is full.
The capsule does not fit
into the capsule holder
housing (4) properly.
After preparing a beve-
rage, the capsule is stuck
to the seal in the capsule
holder housing (4).
A capsule has been left
for a period of time in the
unit and is stuck in the
capsule holder housing
(4).
Remove the used capsu-
les collection tank (6) and
empty.
Open and close the ope-
ning lever of the capsule
holder housing to clear (5).
Open and close the ope-
ning lever of the capsule
holder housing (5).
Gently push the capsule
to release it/eject the
used capsule into the
used capsule collection
tank (6).
