Why does my Delta 3KVA run on battery when the power is on?
If your Delta UPS operates on battery even when power is available, first check the input power connection. Also, the rear panel input circuit breaker may be tripped; in this case, reduce the load and reset the circuit breaker by pushing the button in. Finally, very high, low, or distorted utility voltage can cause this issue, so have a qualified electrician check the input voltage.
How to turn on a Delta 3KVA that is not responding?
If the Delta UPS is not turning on, make sure to press the 1/TEST button. If that doesn't work, it might be in a battery low shutdown state and waiting for the power to recover. Also, check the rear panel input circuit breaker; if it's tripped, reduce the load and reset it. If none of these steps work, it could be a UPS fault, and you should call qualified service personnel.
