Please check the following items, aside from the
main unit, are packed in the carton.

Remove the packing material.
2. Install the turntable platter and the turntable
mat.
1) Insert the turntable onto the motor shaft.
2) Place the turntable mat on the turntable.
Caution:
Take caution as not to scratch the magnetic coating
on the inner surface of the turntable platter.
3. Attach the balance weight.
MOUNTING/REPLACEMENT OF
CARTRIDGE
The acceptable cartridge weight range for this turn-
table is approximately 4.0” 9.0g (including the
nuts and screws).
Loosen the head shell fixing screw for about one
turn. Then, pull out the head shell toward you.
Mount the cartridge with the attached fixing
screws, loosely at first to allow a slight movement.
Then, refer to page 19 to mount the cartridge on
the head shell.
The color designation of the lead wires are as fol-
lows. Please be cautious as not to make any mis-
connections.
