9 Troubleshooting
Water in or under the refrigerator
Display error messages
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Water is leaking into the
inside of the
refrigerator.
The condensate drain duct is
clogged.
Clean the drain.
Containers or bags with mother milk
are preventing the water from flowing
to the collector.
Make sure that containers
or bags with mother milk
do not touch the rear
wall.
Water is leaking onto
the floor.
There is too much water in the water
container.
Clean the water
container.
Error code Explanation
E0 Display/Control communication failed
E1 NTC1 short circuited or open connection
E2 NTC2 short circuited or open connection
E3 Battery not connected or not OK
E4 Fan not working
E5 Door open for more than 60 seconds
E6 Temperature outside range (lower 1 °C or higher 4 °C)
E7 Mains not connected
E8 Too much difference between NTC1 and NTC2 values
