AIR FILTER
• Checkbeforeeveryuse.
• Closechoke( ).
• Releasethecleanercoverlatch,andremoveair
cleaner cover and filter.
• Brushoffdustlightly,orcleanwithcompressed
air, or replace the air filter.
• Reinstallairlterandcover,engagelatch.
CHECK FUEL SYSTEM
• Checkbeforeeveryuse.
• Afterrefueling,makesurefueldoesnotleak
from around fuel pipe, fuel grommet or fuel tank
cap.
• Incaseoffuelleakagethereisadangerofre.
Stop using the machine immediately and request
your dealer to inspect or replace.
SPARK PLUG
• Checkperiodically.
• Thestandardsparkgapis0.65mm
(0.026 in.).
• Correctthesparkgapifitiswiderornarrower
than the standard gap.
• Fasteningtorque: 15to17N·m
(130 to 145 in. lb.).
FUEL FILTER
• Checkperiodically.
• Donotallowdusttoenterfueltank.
• Acloggedlterwillcausedifcultyinstarting
engine or abnormalities in engine performance.
• Pullthefuellteroutthroughfuelinletportwith
a piece of steel wire or the like.
• Whenthelterisdirty,replaceit.
• Whentheinsideofthefueltankisdirty,rinsing
the tank out with gasoline can clean it.

• Pullitoutthroughoilllingholewithapieceof
