THERMOSTAT OVERVIEW
Before you begin using your thermostat, you should be familiar with its features, display and
the location/operation of the thermostat buttons and switches.
THERMOSTAT BUTTONS
AND SWITCHES
THE DISPLAY
1.) Fan Button 8.) Next (Menu button) is used to navigate within a menu
2.) Hold a permanent temperature or
press again to cancel hold (return to
programmed schedule)
9.) Set the correct time, access the schedule and customize
thermostat settings.
3.) System Button 10.) Back (Fan button) is used to navigate within a menu
4.) Backlight Button (located on the top
of the thermostat)
11.) Exit (Hold/Run button) returns to the home screen
5.) Raises Temperature Setting 12.) Thermostat is protecting the equipment from short cycling
(5-minute delay)
6.) Access Menu Options 13.) Indicates that the system is running in Cool, Heat or Auxiliary
mode. (Heat Pump Only -The auxiliary will run in Heat mode
when the heat pump cannot maintain the set temperature.)
7.) Lowers Temperature Setting 14.) SEE TROUBLESHOOTING
15.) Battery status indicator
16.) Replace battery indicator
17.) Day of the week used when programming a schedule
18.) Permanent hold (bypassing the schedule)
19.) Temperature setpoint
20.) Appears when the keypad is locked (to prevent unwanted
changes)

APERÇU DU THERMOSTAT
Avant d’utiliser le thermostat, vous devriez être familier avec ses fonctions, son achage et
l’emplacement/le fonctionnement des boutons et sélecteurs du thermostat.
BOUTONS ET INTERRUPTEURS DU

1.) Bouton du ventilateur 8.) Next (Suivant) (bouton Menu) est utilisé pour naviguer dans un menu

9.) Règle l’heure correcte, accède à l’horaire et personnalise les réglages
du thermostat

dessus du thermostat)
11.) Exit (Sortie) (bouton Hold/Run) retourne à l’écran d’accueil
5.) Élève le réglage de la température 12.) Le thermostat protège l’équipement contre les cycles trop courts
(délai de 5 minutes)
6.) Accéder aux options du menu 13.) Indique que le système fonctionne en mode climatisation, chauage
ou auxiliaire. (Thermopompe seulement – le mode auxiliaire
fonctionnera en mode chauage si la thermopompe ne peut pas
maintenir la température réglée.)

15.) Indicateur du niveau de charge des piles
16.) Indicateur de piles faibles
17.) Jour de la semaine utilisé au moment de programmer un horaire
18.) Maintien permanent (ignore l’horaire)

changements indésirables)
UTILISATION DU THERMOSTAT
Lorsque «

installées. Si le domicile doit demeurer vacant pendant une période prolongée et que soit « » ou

Remarque : Si Starting Soon (Démarrage bientôt) s’ache, la fonction de verrouillage du compresseur est activée.
Il y aura un délai allant jusqu’à 5 minutes avant la mise en marche du compresseur (voir MENU DE
L’INSTALLATEUR, article 50).
