ResistanceMeasurements
1. InserttheblacktestleadbananaplugintothenegativeCOMjackandtheredtestleadbanana
plugintothepositiveV//mAjack.
2. Setthefunctionswitchtothehighestposition.
3. Touchthetestprobetipsacrossthecircuitorpartundertest.Itisbest
todisconnectonesideof
thepartundertestsotherestofthecircuitwillnotinterferewiththeresistancereading.
4. Readtheresistanceinthedisplayandthensetthefunctionswitchtothelowestpositionthatis
greaterthantheactualoranyanticipatedresistance.

TemperatureMeasurements
WARNING:Toavoidelectricshock,disconnecttestleadsfromanysourceofvoltagebefore
makingatemperaturemeasurement.Besurethatthethermocouplehasbeenremovedbefore
changingtoanyothermeasurementfunction.
