PRIOR USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before using your dishwasher for the rst time:
A. Set the water softener
B. Add 1.5Kg dishwasher salt and then full ll
the salt container with water
C. Fill the rinse aid dispenser
D. Fill in detergent
NOTE: If your model does not include a water
softener, you can skip this section.
A. WATER SOFTENER
Water hardness varies from one region to
another. If the water used in your dishwasher is
hard, it will leave deposits on your cutlery and
crockery.
e appliance is equipped with a special softener
designed to eliminate the minerals and salts
contained in hard water, as these can have a
harmful or undesirable eect on how your
appliance functions.
e higher the content of these minerals and
salts, the harder your water is.
e softener should be adjusted according to the
hardness of the water in your area. Your local
Water Authority can advise you on the hardness
of the water in your area.
