Starts with HOT Water
To get dishes clean and dry, you need hot water. To help you get
water of the proper temperature, your dishwasher has a WASH HEAT
BOOST feature. When selected (see How to Operate Your Dishwasher section),
this water heating feature allows you to turn down your household water heater
and save energy if you’re willing to let the dishwasher run a little longer while it
heats water. For good washing and drying, the entering water must be between
120°F.
