1.8 REFERENCE STANDARDS
• The machine and its safety devices have been built in
compliance with the following standards:
• Essential safety requisites pursuant to Directive 89/
392 EEC, modified by Directive 91/368 EEC, Directive
93/44 EEC and 93/68 EEC.
• Essential safety requisites pursuant to Directive 73/23
EEC Annex 1 modified by Directive 93/68 EEC.
• Essential requisites established by Directive 2002/95/
EEC (RoHS).
IMPORTANT
Comply with the instructions in the relative manual when
assembling, filling, regulating and operating the dispenser.
3.1 DETERGENT DISPENSER (Optional)
(Fig. 9)
• Insert the red feed tube (22) and the relative can level
indicator tube (23) into the can of detergent.
ATTENTION
Always wash the hands under running water if they come
into contact with detergent, or comply with the specific
indications pertaining to the utilized type of detergent.
Refer to the relative enclosed manual and to the utilized
type of detergent when filling and adjusting the dispenser.
3.2 FILLING THE RINSING AGENT
DISPENSER (Fig. 9)
• Insert the transparent tube (24) and the relative level
tube into the can (25) containing rinsing agent. (Refer
to the specific instructions given with the rinsing agent
itself).
• Start the machine as described in paragraph 3.3. The
dispenser will suck about 3 cm of liquid from the
canister.
• Filling is obtained during the cycle by (slightly) opening
and closing the door several times, until the tube has
completely filled.
