Restore the System
1 Power
o your phone and connect it to a computer using a USB cable. Press the Power
button three to ve times consecutively until, a few seconds later, the screen of your
phone turns on and it enters Fastboot mode.
If your phone can't be powered o or repeatedly restarts, connect it to the computer, then
press and hold the Power button to force restart it. Before the screen turns on, press the
Power button three to ve times consecutively to enter Fastboot mode.
2 Open HiSuite on the computer, click System Recovery, and follow the onscreen
instructions to restore the system.
The system will automatically be restored to the specied version when your phone
restarts.
If your phone fails to enter Fastboot mode, or the system restore fails, visit an authorized
Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
