Introduction
WARNING: Before you do any maintenance
work you must read and understand the
safety chapter.
Maintenance schedule
The maintenance intervals are calculated from daily use
of the product. The intervals change if the product is not
used daily.
For maintenance identified with * refer to the instructions
in
Safety devices on the product on page 8
.

Do a general inspection. X
Examine the oil level. X
Clean the product. X
Examine the skid plate (Soff-Cut 150). X
Examine the Lexan
™
cover*. X
Examine the blade block guard*. X
Examine the cutting blade. X
Examine the fuel level. X
Clean the spark plug. X
Examine the air filter and replace if it is nec-
essary.

Examine the drive belt. X
Replace the engine oil . X
Lubricate the blade shaft bearings. X
Replace the air filter. X
Examine and clean the sediment cup. X
Examine the spark plug and electrode gap. X
To clean the product externally
CAUTION: Always clean the product
immediately after use, before the concrete
becomes dry. Remaining concrete can
cause damage to the product.

2. Clean the product with water.
CAUTION: Do not point the water
directly at the engine, especially if you
use a high-pressure washer.
3. Make sure that the handles and levers are clean and
dry before you operate the product.
