REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
Remove the Nozzle Assembly from the Torch
1. Remove the shield and shield cap from the HT2000 or MAX200 machine torch.
2. Hold the nozzle assembly with one hand, and loosen all three thumb screws with
the other hand.
3. Slide the nozzle assembly down away from the machine torch.

WARNING
Turn all power to the HT2000 or MAX200 OFF before removing or replacing water
muffler!
