The total size of HPK-1000/1500/2000/2500/3000 is 297(width) ×223(height)

×117(depth) mm. It has 1 pairs of PV input terminals and 2 communication ports. It also

parameters at field.

If the problem persists, check whether the AC circuit breaker is disconnected, the AC terminal connection, the power supply line and AC cable wiring. Also check whether the safety regulation settings are normal.
