3.6 Once running, pull the throttle lever back one notch to run position and the engine
will run smoothly (6).
3.7 HYM46SPE-2 / HYM460SPE ONLY – Use the throttle lever (7) to select a suitable
engine speed.
3.8 HYM51SPE-2 / HYM510SPE ONLY- Use the throttle lever (7) to select a suitable
engine speed. Adjust the self-propel drive speed lever (8) to a suitable speed for the
task.
CAUTION
The engine and exhaust will remain hot for a while after use.
Ensure the engine and exhaust have cooled before carrying out any maintenance or
storage.
4.0 Pull the throttle lever (1) back to the lowest engine speed setting and allow to idle for
30 seconds.
4.1 Release the OPC Lever (2) and the engine will stop.
