BEFORE STARTING MACHINE!
 The engine is shipped from the factory without oil. Fill with SAE 15W-40 lubricating oil for petrol
engines, check oil level before starting engine. If you start engine without oil, the engine will be
damaged beyond repair and will not be covered by warranty.
 Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped and the lawnmower in a level position.
 Remove oil filler cap/dipstick and wipe it clean.
 Insert the oil filler cap/dipstick into the oil filler neck as shown, but do not screw it in, then remove
it to check the oil level.
 If the oil level is near or below the lower limit mark on the dipstick, fill with recommended oil to the
upper limit, DO NOT overfill.
 Re-install the oil filler cap/dipstick.
