6. TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE
6.1 SStorage.
6.1.1 If the machine is to be out of operation for a long period of time over
1 month),take action as follows:
6.1.1.1 Drain the oil and fuel tank.
6.1.1.2 Remove and clean the string coil and the blade.
6.1.1.3 Wipe the string coil and the blade dry.
6.1.1.4 Wipe the external part of the machine with a soft cloth soaked in
warm soapy water.
6.1.1.5 SStore the entire machine and parts at an elevated locked place
outside the reach of children.
6.1.1.6 SStore the set at a dry place.
6.1.1.7 BBlade,pole saw, hedge scissors and trimmer should be packed well
to prevent cuts.
6.1.1.8 UUse all protective guards on all metal cutting attachments to
protect users.
6.2 Transportation.
6.2.1 When transporting in a vehicle drain the fuel tank.
6.2.2 Use all protective guards on all metal cutting attachments to protect
users.
6.2.3 Keep the machine fully secured to prevent damage or injury from the machine.
6.2.4 Keep the machine away from children.
6.2.5 When transporting by hand, keep fuel tank filler cap uppermost to prevent fuel
spillages.
6.2.6 UUse all protective guards on all metal cutting attachments to protect those
around you from injury.
