1.2 Warranty
For residential applications, IBC offers a 5-year warranty on all parts against defects in materials or
workmanship and failures due to thermal shock.
IBC offers a heat exchanger 15-year limited warranty with registration, according to the following
terms:
0-10 years (100% coverage)
11-15 years (25% coverage).
IBC offers a limited heat exchanger warranty with no registration of 0-5 years (100% coverage).
For commercial applications, IBC offers a 5-year warranty on the heat exchanger and a 2-year
warranty on all parts against defects in materials or workmanship and failures due to thermal shock.
