Making a Floor Plan
Your layout of where in your offices the system devices are located
can be very simple or quite elaborate:
• The Work Station Diagram (Form F for locals, Form H, Hl, or
H2 for remotes) that you complete in the task "Assigning Work
Station Addresses" might work as a floor plan as well. On it,
you can show:
The name, location, and telephone number of the person
using each device
The order in which the devices are arranged on a line
The number of the cable connecting the devices
