Cleaning
Before using this product for the rst time,
wash it by hand and dry carefully.
Always wash the product by hand after use.
Do not use steel wool or anything that may
scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent
can affect the surface.
The base is slightly concave when cold, but
expands to atten out when heated. Always
leave the product to cool before cleaning
it. This allows the base to resume its shape
and helps to prevent it from becoming un-
even with use.
Good to know
The pan is suitable for use on gas hob,
glass ceramic hob and cast iron hob.
Use a hob with the same or a smaller diam-
eter to save energy.
Always lift the pan when moving it on a
glass ceramic hob to avoid scratching the
hob.
The pan gets hot during use. Therefore, al-
ways use pot holders when moving the pan.
The handle can get damaged when the pan
is used on a gas hob.
If the handle feels loose, tighten the screws
with a screwdriver.
Do not let the pan boil dry, as the base be-
comes skew by overheating and the coating
loses its non-stick properties.
Use wooden or plastic utensils without
sharp edges.
