replaced; if the cord is damaged,
the luminaire shall be destroyed.

luminaire shall only be replaced
by the manufacturer or his service
agent or a similar qualied person.

1. Wipe the surface dry where the
tape will be used with a clean and
dry cloth.
2. The assembly tape is permanent
and is not intended to be
removed. You might damage the
surface under the lamp if you try
to remove the tape.
3. Please keep the unused ttings
for future use.

WARNING – Strangulation hazard.
NEVER place cord within reach
of the child in a cot or playpen.
ALWAYS secure cord to wall or
cabinet. Check regularly that the
cord is securely fastened.
Pull the cord to remove any slack
between fasteners. Tie up any
remaining slack cord between
driver and socket.
