The models with a UV stage have a “U”
in their model number, such as RCC7U,
RCC7AK-UV, RCC1UP-AK, RCC1UP,
etc.
The UV module comes pre-installed on
models with a UV filter. Refer to the
photos above for a better understanding
on how the UV components are
assembled and work together.
Ice Maker Kit (ICEK)
The Ice Maker Kit (model#: iSpring
ICEK) can be purchased separately to
feed RO water to your refrigerator for
crystal clear ice cubes and great tasting
water. If you choose to hook up the
system to your refrigerator output, it can
take the place of primary output over the
RO faucet.

What Is Reverse Osmosis?
Reverse osmosis, also known as hyper filtration, is a membrane filtration process that separates
undesirable contaminants from water by using pressure to force the water molecules through a
semi-permeable membrane. This process is called "reverse" osmosis because the pressure forces the
water to flow in the reverse direction (from the concentrated solution to the dilute solution) to the
flow direction (from the dilute to the concentrated) in the process of natural osmosis. Reverse
