Engineoillevel

Pullouttheoilleveler,wipeitcleanandputitbackagain.

Pullouttheoilleveleragaintocheckiftheoillevelisbetweentheupperand

lowerlimits.Alsochecktheoilcontaminationdegreefromtheoilleveler.

Beforecheckingtheoillevel,thetruckshouldbeparkedonflatground,and

shouldwait5minutesaftertheenginecutsout.

Fanbelt

Fingerpressthemiddlepartofthebeltwith98Nmforce,tocheckifthefanbelt

deflectionisintherangeof8-12mm.

Meanwhile,checkthebeltforanycracksordamages.

torgetsoverheated.Buttheover-tensionwillbringaboutdamagestotheAC

engineorVbelt.

Thefanbeltshouldbecarefullychecked.Ifitisbroken,thevacuumbooster

andtheexhaustauxiliarybrakewillnotabletofunction.

Batteryelectrolytelevel

Thebatteryelectrolytelevelshouldbebetweentheupperandlowerlimits.If

thelevelistoolow,distilledwatershouldbeaddedintime.
